For the past 3 years, Tejamah Sullivan has worked as a Service Coordinator in the Real Estate Industry, supporting agents and brokers in helping them obtain and close more deals to make every transaction a smooth one.

Tejamah was able to leverage her efficient communication, problem solving and organization and time management skills to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she has been able to help Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, increase operational efficiency and maintain organization in the transaction process.
